So easy to use that I forgot that I even have it.

It became an essential tool for me... no more paying for expensive hotel internet just to quickly read my Email. Their technical support is also one of the best I ever had contact with. I needed support two times and on both occasions they replied to my Email within minutes - unbelievable.

I am using the Launch2Net Software since the beginning and was always satisified - in whatever country of the world...i got connected and the two times it did not work...support in Berlin reacted within hours - or even minutes to get my internet running again!

II've been using Launch2net for almost a year and I must say it is an amazing product and service and support from Nova media is outstanding!

Recently, I purchased a 3G USB stick from T-Mobile Croatia and it didn't work with Leopard. Launch2net couldn't read the protocol as well but after a few emails with their support team, in less than 10 days from writing the first email to them, I got a fully new version from them that reads the USB stick. Can you believe this. The guys did this just for me.

I work half of year in some places in nothern Africa where launch2net is the only way to have an access to my email and the internet. It works fine.

THEY SIMPLY WORK!

I have been a user of Novamedia products for many, many years. Their products do only one thing. THEY SIMPLY WORK! Period, point, blank. If anyone is having a problem it is more likely something external to Novamedia. Their customer support is excellent and timely. I give their products five stars as a sixth is not possible.

My own techinical 'experts' here in Spain were unable to get my mac working with my Huawei modem, it was only through my web searching and finding your product that I have made my Vodafone sim card and Huawei modem connection successful.
